REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the services that we provide, under NO circumstances are refunds allowed for any services or products purchased at APlus Lifestyle Wellness & Med Spa. 

BOOKING AND OFFICE POLICY

Consultation Fee:

There is a non-refundable $50 consultation fee. The fee can be applied to services received at your appointment. However, if you do not attend your appointment the fee will not be refunded. Once you request an appointment, you will be contacted within 48 hours to pay the consultation fee and then your appointment will be confirmed.


Intake Forms and Appointment Confirmation:

Intake forms will be sent via email once your appointment is confirmed. Please remember to check your spam folder.

To ensure a smooth appointment, please complete the intake forms at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling of your appointment.

No Call/No Show Policy:

Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without notifying us will result in a $50 fee. This fee must be paid before confirming future appointments.

Late Arrival:

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled.

Cancellation:

Appointments must be canceled within 24 hours of the appointment date and time, failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $35.

Card on File:

All clients are required to have a valid card on file.
