Meet the owner of APlus Lifestyle Wellness & Med Spa, PLLC!
Dr. Crystal Alexander, DNP, FNP-C is the proud business owner of APlus Lifestyle Wellness & Med Spa. She is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 11 years of experience in the nursing profession and 6 years practicing as an NP. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Jefferson College of Health Sciences. Her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in the Family Nurse Practitioner track and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in the Healthcare Systems Leadership track were both received from Chamberlain University. Her background includes various specialties and settings ranging from emergency medicine/trauma, medical-surgical, telemetry, renal/dialysis, corrections, and primary care.
Dr. Alexander is extremely passionate and dedicated to the profession. She is a servant leader, always modeling determination, empowerment, strength, motivation, intelligence, and professionalism. She is always willing to learn and share her knowledge, dreams, goals, and aspirations freely with other individuals. Dr. Alexander is committed to making an impact in the lives of others holistically through service, education, health promotion, and disease prevention. When asked why she decided to start her own business she stated, “I wanted to give back to others and inspire them to take an active role in living healthy and fulfilling lives. Advocating and being a voice for the voiceless has always been one of the main reasons why I chose this profession and now it’s my time to use my platform to do just that.”
Dr. Alexander, is very knowledgeable in what she has to offer. Treats her patients no different from family. The Med Spa, is comfortable and provides learning experiences. Nurse Keya, shows empathy along w/ true effort. The products offered are the same as advertised. Definitely a vibe!
Crystal and Keya both are such a delight to be around. The atmosphere the ambiance is so lovely and bright. They both have a ray of sunshine spirit and I love it! I also love how knowledgeable they are AND they make you feel so special! I would definitely recommend this location to ANYONE! I am so excited for my journey with these lovely ladies 🥰❤️
Crystal & LaKeya are phenomenal. There vibe & perseverance makes you feel like you can do it if you put you mind to it. I love the energy I was given. They made me feel like I can reach my goal with their help just have patience & be persistence in my weight loss journey it. Both ladies hospitality and generosity are highly recommend if you want to loose weight. They both are great women I thank you ladies again & see you soon. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the services that we provide, under NO circumstances are refunds allowed for any services rendered or products purchased at APlus Lifestyle Wellness & Med Spa, PLLC.
BOOKING AND OFFICE POLICY
Intake Forms and Appointment Confirmation:
Intake forms will be sent via email once your appointment is confirmed. Please remember to check your spam folder.
To ensure a smooth appointment, please complete the intake forms prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling.
Consultation Fee:
A $50 consultation fee is applicable.
If you decide to proceed with a service on the same day as the consultation, the $50 fee will be credited towards your chosen service.
Card on File:
All clients are required to have a valid card for payment on file.
No Call/No Show Policy:
Failure to notify us of a cancellation will result in a $50 fee.
Late Arrival and Cancellation:
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled and a late fee of $35 will be charged to your card on file.
Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment date and time to avoid cancellation fees.
